PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and national holidays. Please note that during sale periods processing times may be up to 72 hours.

COUNTRIES WE DELIVER TO
We ship worldwide with UPS.
All our international orders are sent with UPS with a door to door service and require a signature when leaving the package. Operating hours are usually from 8am-6pm, and if you are not home at these times, we recommend you to specify an alternative shipping adress such as your work address. Please leave your phone number at checkout for delivery purposes.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?
Your parcel will be trackable on www.ups.com with your tracking number provided in your shipping email.

CUSTOMS&DUTIES
When you order from a country outside of the EU the Swedish VAT will be deducted from the price and instead your order may be subject to customs, import duties and local VAT once it reaches the destination country. Ellibeth is not liable for payment of these charges and they must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Unfortunately, Ellibeth has no control over these charges and as they vary from country to country, we cannot advise you at checkout what these charges may be. We advise contacting your local customs office before placing an order for a customs estimate so you are not surprised by these charges when your parcel arrives.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Ellibeth is unable to redirect orders when they have been made and items have been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization or customs clearance at destination. Please note that the timeframe provided cannot be guaranteed and delays may occur. Ellibeth is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.

FAULTY GOODS
Ellibeth is responsible that products are delivered in a perfect condition. If however the product is faulty or damaged when it reaches you, customer service should be contacted within a reasonable time at contact@ellibeth.com. If you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. Please also attach a picture of the fault/damage if possible.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Ellibeth reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.
