We offer easy returns within Europe, USA, Norway and Switzerland on full priced/original priced products within 14 days after receiving your order. For all other countries, please follow the instructions on the return slip that followed with your order to make your return.
We accept returns in new condition with all tags attached as well as returned in its original packaging (including intact shoe boxes). Once we’ve received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. If the product is ruined, used, soiled by makeup/oils or damaged in any way the product shall not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer without a refund.
Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface to keep the soles intact. If they are damaged, altered or worn they will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer without a refund. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund. We then reserve the right to charge a shipping and administration fee.
SALE ITEMS 30-50% OFF
Unfortunately all items marked as sale and purchased on sale with 30-50% off cannot be returned for a refund or be exchanged. Please be certain before making an order on sale since we don’t offer returns or exchanges on sale items.
If you send a “Sale” item back to us for a return we will not process a return but you can request to have it shipped back at your expense.
CAMPAIGN 15-20% OFF
Sometimes we have campaigns and offer 15-20% off – if you purchased on campaign with 15-20% off you can both return and exchange your item as normal.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS
If you want to make a return from Europe, USA, Norway and Switzerland please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll email your return slip from UPS to you. The cost of the return is €10 and we will deduct it from your return payment. For all other countries, please follow the instructions on the return slip that followed with your order.
We’ll make a refund of eligible returns. The refund will be issued to the Credit Card or PayPal account that the payment originally came from. You can expect your refund within 10 working days from the date that the package reached us. Our customer care team will send you an email as soon as your refund is processed by us.

We offer free exchanges. If you’d like to exchange your product, please email us and let us know which product you’d like to exchange to.
If we have your desired product in stock we will hold it for you until we recieve your return, and as soon as we have recieved and inspected it we will ship your new product. We unfortunately cannot guarantee that the product you wish exchanging to will be available. Follow the instructions on the return slip that followed with your order to make your exchange.
We reserve the right not to compensate for returned packages lost under shipping. Any return custom charges made are the responsibility of the customer. Please mark ‘Returned Goods’ on the parcel to avoid any return custom charges.
